Below is a full outline of our Terms and Conditions, Cancelation Policy, and Experience Rules for Participants.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PERSONAL INFO

We may collect personal information during signup through the use of the website. We respect your privacy and are committed to protect it under any circumstances.

ARRIVAL TIME

Open Play sessions are 1hr 15 mins long, of which approximately up to 15 minutes will be accounted for the safety briefing and rules.  We highly recommend players arrive at the designed start time on their tickets, which is 15 minutes before the game time starts.  Players for the upcoming session are expected to wait by the staging area.

IN THE CASE OF MOBILE BOOKINGS, PLEASE ENSURE ALL OF YOUR ATTENDEES ARE PRESENT AND READY AT THE START OF THE DESIGNATED BOOKING TIME. 

SALES AND REFUNDS

All ticket & booking sales are final if they pass the designated cancelation terms in the section below.  No refunds, transaction cancellations or exchanges will be issued after this time. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars plus applicable tax. Please see our detailed cancelation policy below for full details

SAFETY AND RULE EXPLANATIONS

During the intro period, we will provide a in depth explanation of safety rules and instruction for equipment operation.  Game modes will be explained before each round begins.

SUBSTANCE USE

No alcohol or Drug use are permitted. Failure to comply will result in being removed from the entire session/booking.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & THEFT

Titan Action Games & our corresponding event venues are not held responsible for personal belongings of participants or attendees of our events. Space will be provided by the staging area for shoes, coats, water bottles, etc. Please leave valuables locked in your vehicles or with someone whom you trust if spectating.

PARTICIPANT RULES/GUIDELINES

OPEN PLAY
ARRIVAL TIME

Participants are asked to arrive at the designated time on their tickets. This 15 minute window allows us time to ensure everyone has arrived and that all waiver forms have been completed. If all are able to do so, our aim to to get started early and give you bonus playing time. Failure to arrive on time may slow the booking or it will begin without you.

FOOTWEAR

Indoor shoes must be worn if participating at an indoor venue. Outdoor or dirty footwear will not be permitted. Failure to comply will result in participant being unable to take part.

SPECTATORS

Spectators are welcome to stay and view the match. There is designated space where parents, friends, etc may watch the matches and view the real time scores.

BE RESPECTFUL

Be respectful and kind to all staff and other attendees. This is a public event and the use of profanity, slurs, hate speech, etc has a zero tolerance policy. Participants unable to comply will be removed from the event entirely.

ZERO VIOLENCE
POLICY

Laser Tag is a non-physical game, and violence in general is not something we condone regardless.

 

Any attendees who threaten staff/other participants or perform an intentional act that could cause bodily harm or damage the equipment will be removed from the event and receive a ban from all Titan Action Games operations for the foreseeable future.

WAIVER FORMS

All participants are required to complete our Waiver Release form prior to being able to partake in any Titan Action Games activities.


Minors are required to have a Parent/Guardian complete and sign on their waiver form.

Once a waiver form has been completed participants do not require a new form unless they have turned over the minority age.

CANCELATION & WEATHER POLICY

CANCELATION POLICY
OPEN PLAY

Any cancelations that occur with notice greater than 24hrs will be refunded in full. 


Cancelations or no shows for tickets that occur within the 24hr window before the start time of the respective Open Play Session will not receive any refund (special uncontrollable or unforeseen instances such as weather excluded)

CANCELATION POLICY
MOBILE BOOKINGS

Customers require a minimum of 4 days notice from scheduled booking start time to receive a refund for cancellations for all mobile bookings.

Customers require a minimum of 1 weeks notice from scheduled booking start time to receive a refund for booking deposit fees for all mobile bookings.

CANCELATION POLICY
SPECIAL EVENTS

Customers require a minimum of 1 weeks notice from scheduled event start time to receive a refund for cancellations for all special event bookings.

The booking deposit will be refunded if cancelling before 2 weeks of the scheduled event start time.

WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, we will offer full refunds for Tickets/Bookings. 


Open Play/Mobile Bookings cancelled due to poor weather will have the staff notify attendees ahead of time as soon as we determine the severity of the weather conditions.


We will monitor special weather statements each week and do our due diligence to cancel with as much notification as possible for attendees.

In the event of weather cancelations for Mobile Bookings we will help arrange for a reschedule.

UNSAFE CONDITIONS
POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel any mobile booking in a location we deem unsafe for attendees of our experience or for our equipment. Please ensure your available playing space is safe, contains no harmful obstacles, or has anything that could cause injury (mud pits, uneven ground, etc).

 

In this event, no refund will be provided. Please adhere to all the requirements we have provided for an acceptable outdoor or indoor location for events.
